What happens after I sign up?
We book a discovery call to discuss your needs, preferred integrations, and any workflow automations you want. From there, we deploy your agent within 48 hours and walk you through the dashboard.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. You can switch tiers at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. All your agent configuration, workflows, and memory are preserved.
What's the uptime guarantee?
Every cloud plan includes a 100% uptime SLA backed by continuous monitoring and automatic restart on failure. In the unlikely event of extended downtime, we'll apply a credit to your account.
Do I need my own API keys?
You can bring your own API keys from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, or any other provider. If you'd prefer a recommendation based on your use case and budget, we'll point you in the right direction during the onboarding call.
What AI models are supported?
